Guoxin Zhong, a 2025 graduate from Scholars Academy High, has won the National Trig-Star Competition! Trig-Star is a competition sponsored by the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) that recognizes and rewards high school students who excel in mathematics, particularly Trigonometry, and their teachers.

Leigha Lambert was recognized at the Theodosia Burr Chapter NDAR Excellence in Education Program last week. She is recipient of the HCS Scholars Academy High School DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) Good Citizen Award.

After earning 2nd place at the regional competition in February, the Scholars Academy Mock Trial Team is heading to the State Competition. We are so proud of their hard work & dedication!
Congratulations to Yasmine Glaoui, Jolin Huang, Sarah Huang, Matthew Schindler, & Susan Zheng who were selected for the 2025 HCS All County Orchestra!The All County Orchestra performance will be January 24th at Myrtle Beach High School.
Congratulations to Frankie Rosales-Perez & Yasmine Glaoui, SAHS sophomores, who were selected for the 2025 HCS All County Band! The All County Band performance will be February 14th at Myrtle Beach High School.
Congratulations to Adrianna Grubbs & Emelia Wirth, both SAHS freshman, who were selected for the 2025 HCS All County Chorus! The All County Chorus performance will be January 31st at Myrtle Beach High School.
In an amazing first-year showing, the school earned a 99.34 out of 100, making it the highest-scoring school in the state.
HCS Scholars Academy was named to the College Board's 2024 AP School Honor roll - at the PLATINUM level!
